Return & Refund Policy
At A&M Keepsakes, we want you to love your purchase! We take pride in creating beautiful keepsake books designed to hold special memories for years to come.
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any protective wrapping.
- Books must not contain any writing, markings, bent pages, creases or other signs of use.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
We reserve the right to decline change-of-mind returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
We carefully inspect and package our products before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will work with you to arrange a suitable solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
3. Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
5. How to Request a Return
Please contact A&M Keepsakes with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to remedies for products that are faulty, damaged or do not meet consumer guarantees, regardless of our change-of-mind return conditions.
